In today’s fast-paced world that is more about typing and texts than writing with pen and paper, it is such a wonderful feeling when we receive a beautiful handwritten note or card from someone.
The beauty of calligraphy does not just end there. When writing calligraphy, it forces us to slow down, focus and breathe with the upstrokes and downstrokes. It is one of the best creative ways to train mindfulness and being in the present!
If you are thinking of picking up a new creative hobby, why not join us in our pointed pen calligraphy workshops and discover how we put a modern twist to the charming art of calligraphy. Typically run over three hours, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of pointed pen calligraphy, be provided with your training wheels (drills and practice forms) as well as getting familiar with the tools of the trade.
Learn to write beautifully with a dip pen and ink! We can’t wait to share our love for this precious artform so you could also create your own handwritten messages anytime.
